The platform operator is not responsible for incorrectly or incompletely generated documents, calculations, XML files or other outputs resulting from incorrect, incomplete or outdated information entered by the user.

The platform operator is also not responsible for unsuccessful saving, exporting, signing or transmission of documents caused by technical problems affecting the user, the user’s equipment, internet connection, browser, external systems or third-party services.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the platform operator shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use, misuse or inability to use the platform or its tools.
